Grab your snacks, settle in, and let’s break down these epic matchups with some classic Rants flair!

Washington Commanders at Philadelphia Eagles

Spread: PHI -6 Total: 47.5

Edward Raus: The Commanders’ Week 16 win over Philly came with a big caveat: Jalen Hurts left the game injured after the Eagles led by two scores. With Hurts back, Philly’s offense, which averaged 28.1 points per game (3rd in the NFL), should dominate against Washington’s weak run defense that allowed 137 yards per game (3rd-worst). Saquon Barkley already torched them for 296 yards and 4 TDs in two matchups this season and is fresh off a 205-yard, 2-TD performance. Meanwhile, Philly’s defensive line, which led the NFL with 70 sacks, is set to exploit Washington’s injured O-line. Jayden Daniels’ magical run ends here.

Prediction: Eagles win and cover

Favorite Prop: Zach Ertz over 3.5 receptions

Elliott Kams: Look we all know what the dream scenario would be. Rookie Jayden Daniels continues his Cinderella run and does what know one thought was possible, lead the Commanders to a Super Bowl. However, Philly is an excellent home team and has proven me wrong not once but twice now this postseason. It’s going to be another cold game in Philly and as much as I love an underdog story I feel this might be the end of the Commanders’ season. It is beginning to feel like we are on a collision course for a Super Bowl rematch.

Prediction: Eagles win, Commanders back door cover and the under hits

Favorite Prop: Jake Elliott over 1.5 FGs made

Josh Stanhill:The home of Brotherly Love has seen Daniels and the Commanders twice already this season. One name is going to be the X-factor here: SAQUON! Barkley has been the juggernaut that the Eagles have been missing, and it shows. Besides the Brotherly Shove, Barkley will be taking on a rush defense that has given up almost 2,500 yards to their opponents this season.

Prediction: Eagles win and cover

Favorite Prop: Saquon Barkley anytime TD

Matt Selz: It’s always fun when divisional rivals can settle things for a tie breaking third match-up in a conference championship game. The Eagles have one of the best rosters from top-to-bottom in the league while the Commanders have the rookie mojo working, for the first time in NFL history. Which gives? In the two previous meetings this season, Saquon Barkley put up nearly 300 yards and 4 TDs on the ground and they’ll likely need another big game from Barkley as the passing game has been falling off a cliff in the closing weeks of the season and the playoffs. Washington’s defense hasn’t shown an ability to stop teams from scoring, allowing 31 points to Detroit despite taking the ball away 5 times. Philly can’t rely on snow slowing down the rookie wunderkind this weekend but if Washington’s defense doesn’t slow down Barkley on their own, it’s run over for Washington.

Prediction: Eagles win and the over hits

Buffalo Bills at Kansas City Chiefs

Spread:  KC -1.5 Total: 47.4

Edward Raus: Josh Allen is 0-3 against the Chiefs in the playoffs, but I think this is the year Buffalo breaks through. The Bills have won four straight regular-season matchups against Kansas City, including a 30-21 win in Week 11, where Allen sealed the deal with a 26-yard touchdown run late in the game. Kansas City is undefeated at home this year and thrives in tight games, but Buffalo leads the NFL in turnover margin (+27) and red-zone efficiency (86.4%). With Allen thriving against the blitz and the Bills built to capitalize on YAC opportunities, I’m taking Buffalo to finally get past the Chiefs.

Prediction: Bills win

Favorite Prop: Josh Allen anytime TD

Elliott Kams: Something has to give here. Josh Allen is poised to be the league MVP after an incredible regular season and two solid wins in the postseason. But to be the king, you must beat the king—and sadly for Josh Allen and the Bills, he has yet to do so. As my knowledgeable friend above stated, Josh Allen is 0-3 in the playoffs against KC. Although every game between the two feels like a coin toss, the coin keeps landing on the Chiefs. My heart says Buffalo, but my brain—and metaphorical wallet—says KC. Get ready, football fans, because the writers are giving us a sequel: Chiefs vs. Eagles II.

Prediction: Chiefs win a slugfest 23-20, cover and the under hits

Favorite Prop: Harrison Butker 1.5 FG

Josh Stanhill: The Bills Von Miller’d the Ravens and squeaked out a win. These two last faced one another in the AFC Championship, where the Overtime Rule didn’t apply. Both are different teams now, and there’s a feeling that the Bills have something to prove. This won’t be a light task, but Allen will prevail and get redemption. Unless the refs play a factor, I don’t see how the Bills will be stopped.

Prediction: Bills win and the over hits

Favorite Prop: Josh Allen over 1.5 pass TDs, James Cook anytime TD

Matt Selz:All of the talk and bulletin board material that’s been flung around this week on tv and twitter will fall by the wayside come 6:30 pm ET Sunday. The Bills smoked the Chiefs in the regular season by nine. Josh Allen looked like a man possessed in that game. However, there are some caveats to that showing. It was the most vanilla defensive scheme Steve Spagnuolo has called in a long time for the Chiefs. The Chiefs were also quite banged up on both sides of the ball for that meeting. The other caveat? It was the regular season. Buffalo is 4-0 in the last 4 regular season games versus Kansas City but are 0-3 in the last 3 playoff meetings. It can’t be underestimated the drive the Chiefs have to make history as they go for a three-peat (check is in the mail Pat Riley) and potentially with Travis Kelce’s final home game.

Prediction: Chiefs win and the under hits
